JOB DESCRIPTION

Strategic Direction & Development

Develop and lead marketing, brand communication, Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), and digital transformation strategies for corporate clients.

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitors, and internal data to identify insights and growth opportunities.

Provide long-term strategic direction for brands, including positioning, communication strategy, key messaging, engagement channels, and performance metrics (KPIs).

Lead the process of developing strategic proposals for pitching or contract renewal.

Team Management & Strategic Capability Development

Manage, direct, and develop the Strategy, Creative, Art, Social, and Marketing teams.

Establish workflows, strategic frameworks, creative guidelines, and analytical/planning support tools.

Train and coach the team to enhance strategic thinking and the ability to convert insights into executable solutions.

Evaluate team performance based on KPIs related to strategy quality, campaign effectiveness, and client satisfaction.

Client & Strategic Project Management

Act as the key point of contact for strategic direction and high-level consultation for Novaon’s key clients.

Collaborate closely with Account, Media, Creative, and Data teams to ensure seamless strategic execution.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights, reports, and recommendations for improvement.

Directly participate in critical Novaon Group projects (rebranding, internal products, Novaon brand campaigns).

Internal Strategic Capability Development for Novaon

Co-create “product strategies” and strategic service models for Novaon.

Develop the IMC strategic standards, brand planning models, and integrated communication solutions.

Propose improvements to the cross-departmental working model to maximize the synergy between strategy, creativity, and data.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Expertise

A minimum of 6–8 years of experience in communication strategy, marketing, IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications), or brand strategy within an agency or media group.

Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams (Art, Creative, Strategy, Marketing).

Deep understanding of digital communication channels, the Customer Journey, and content strategy.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in implementing IMC or Digital Transformation strategies for large enterprises.

Skills

Strong strategic and logical thinking ability, with a focus on insight-driven solution orientation.

Excellent presentation, storytelling, and proposal writing skills.
