Creative Director ( Base Art)

Lead and define creative concepts and art direction for integrated communication campaigns (IMC), digital campaigns, and branding projects for clients.

Develop Big Ideas and Key Visuals for marketing campaigns, ensuring creativity, differentiation, and alignment with brand strategy.

Take full responsibility for visual quality, art direction, and creative standards across all creative outputs (Key Visuals, Digital Content, Social Campaigns, Videos, Landing Pages, etc.).

Manage and develop the creative team, including Art Directors, Designers, and Motion Designers, to enhance the team’s creative capabilities.

Collaborate closely with Strategy, Account, Content, and Performance teams to deliver effective marketing solutions for clients.

Participate in pitching proposals and presenting creative ideas to clients for major projects.

Ensure all creative deliverables comply with brand guidelines, project timelines, and marketing objectives.

Stay updated with and apply the latest trends in Design, Digital Creativity, AI Creative Tools, and MarTech to the creative process.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Creative/Design within an Advertising Agency, Digital Agency, or Creative Agency.

Proven experience in roles such as Art Director, Associate Creative Director, or Creative Director.

Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns in Branding, Digital Marketing, or IMC campaigns.

Strategic creative thinking with the ability to develop creative concepts and visual storytelling.

Experience in managing and developing creative teams.

Strong presentation and pitching skills, with the ability to work directly with clients.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).

Experience in Digital Campaigns, Social Campaigns, and Integrated Marketing is a strong advantage.

Good English communication skills.
